Kanpur City Guide

Kanpur is one of the most populous cities in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Kanpur is located on the banks of the Ganga and is an important industrial centre. It has an area of over 1600 km² and had a population of around 4.13 million in the 2001 census.
